Basic package plus:

• Evaluation and analysis questionnaire (brand identity, competition, audience)

• Research names and provide 3 available options (and web domains if needed)

• Renaming checklist

• 1 press release announcement sent to 8 local media outlets / print publications

• Audit website for mention of old name and for diversity and inclusivity in content and imagery

Basic -$3,500

• 1 hour kickoff / discovery virtual meeting

• Update logo design/ brand hierarchy to reflect new name

• Update logo on stationary (letterhead, envelopes, business card, email signature)

• High res logo assets (print, web, social)

• One-page brand guidelines

• 1 customer-facing name change announcement (to post on your website or social channels, email to customers, etc.)

• Up to 2 additional hours for virtual meetings / consultation

• Survey/test name options for feedback and socialization

• Detailed brand guidelines including messaging tone and photo and illustration style recommendations

• 1 editable, branded template in Word or PowerPoint

• 1 print ad and 1 social media ad (content and design)
